OutWrite is committed to providing students of all and every background with a creative writing experience. Writing is essential for every subject in school, but on top of that, it is a way for students to be innovative. Children contain the capacity for originality, imagination, and storytelling, but are often intimidated by the huge writing art form. We hope to encourage students to pick up a pencil and tell the stories that they want to tell in a creative manner, supporting them each step of the way.

What We Do
We aim to spread a passion for writing and expression through our free online classes.
Each unit consists of four, one-hour long classes. For the first three classes, 30 minutes will be spent on lesson time, and the other 30 minutes will be dedicated to working on skills. Our last class will be spent on writing and sharing.
Our classes focus on skills like sensory details, storytelling, and poetic devices. Students will explore genres like short story, poetry, and screenwriting.

Additional Info
Students are provided feedback on their in-class writing assignments. Sessions are initiated, facilitated, and monitored by high school tutors dedicated to guiding students in an enriching creative journey.
